The brief
Twenty-year-old glazing was leaking at the heads and the owner's carrier wanted current wind mitigation documentation.
How we built it

Field-measured all openings and reviewed substrate condition before ordering a single unit.

Ran wind-load calculations for the parcel and specified anchors to the NOA schedule.

Photographed buck, anchor, flashing, and seal at every opening for the closeout package.
