Solterra Builders was founded in Coral Gables in 2009. We build in one county, under one code, with one superintendent per project.
Position
We stayed small on purpose.
A builder who runs twenty jobs cannot be on any of them. We take a limited number of projects a year so a principal is in every meeting and a superintendent is on your site daily. That is the entire business model.
Everything else follows from it: budgets built on real quotes, permits filed by our own people, and a warranty walkthrough eleven months after you move back in.

Principal, Construction
Twenty-two years in South Florida residential. Walks every property before a number is given.
Director, Preconstruction
Owns budgets, bid packages, and constructability review. Former estimator on high-rise envelope work.
Permit Manager
In-house Miami-Dade filing and expediting. Knows the reviewers, the queue, and the corrections.
Field Superintendent
One project at a time. On site daily, runs the Friday walkthrough and the photo log.
